"A Pakistani street-food takeout window in Jackson Heights (72‑08 Broadway) from a group that started as a kebab-roll cart around Queens; launched in 2023 by childhood friends from Karachi who wanted to bring more Pakistani street food to Queens. They serve portable, affordable Pakistani kebab rolls using a homemade pani paratha, made with a half puri and half paratha mix; the meat is tender and cooked over a charcoal-grill with flavors like beef bihari — marinated for 48 hours using a spice mixture from Pakistan — and served with a house-made sauce and onions.
