"Iconic Los Angeles video store Vidiots is set for a big comeback in Eagle Rock. That’s per Deadline, which announced the opening of a Vidiots retail store, screening room, and bar/restaurant area right on Eagle Rock Boulevard at its junction with Yosemite Drive. The rental store has long been seen as a cultural icon for the entertainment industry of LA, and partnered with the Alamo Drafthouse on a video tape rental program while searching for a new permanent home. Now ownership has found it in the form of an unused old theater space that was most recently aligned with a church, and Deadline says there are plans to open in 2020 with food and drink partnerships from local restaurants." - Farley Elliott
