"Clique Hospitality’s Temaki Bar: Handroll, Sushi, Sake is scheduled to splash open on Tuesday, November 1. The 2,500-square-foot space will feature a central sushi bar where chefs assemble each temaki, or sushi hand roll, to order. Executive chef JoJo Ruiz and executive sushi chef Sebastian Sevilla are ensuring peak serving conditions.
