"In Soho, the French restaurant had a Pride flag set on fire early Monday morning in an incident being investigated as a possible hate crime: around 1:35 a.m. a white SUV stopped in front of the restaurant, a woman emerged from the passenger side and used a handheld lighter to ignite the rainbow flag before driving off.
