"Tucked inside the Holiday Inn adjacent to Vanderbilt’s campus, the Commodore Grille has been dedicating its stage to songwriters since the 1980s in a proud deviation from the honky tonk entertainment found just down the street. The hotel itself has been known to host a celebrity or two, and the Commodore Grille stage is no exception. This year’s Tin Pan South lineup includes two round-style shows daily, closing with a ‘Best Of’ Tin Pan South Songwriter Seminar on Saturday night. The Southern-influenced dinner menu includes Tennessee whiskey barbecue wings, brisket nachos, shrimp and grits, and smoked gouda grits." - Kellie Walton
