"For late-night in Hayes Valley, the restaurant tucked inside Phonobar routinely makes diners yelp, “This is vegan!?” — same goes for its burger: a $10 medley of Impossible meat, roasted onions and peppers, salsa macha aioli, and pickled red onions on a pretzel bun.
