"Replicant appears to be a wine bar on one side and a record store on the other — two independent domains, divided by drywall. But shared ownership and an expansive liquor license means it’s possible to sip Chablis while flipping through the Buzzcocks back catalog. The bar side has an old-world tavern feel, with tall oak cabinets filled with bottles and faded oil paintings of European aristocrats. The record store side is a respectable boutique-style shop with a selection of vinyl and surprisingly robust range of spiked leather belts. A pair of dedicated listening stations are slated to come on each side, which will undoubtedly add to the odd-couple charm to the proverbial roommates." - Ben Coleman
