Portland’s Tov Coffee Is Selling Its Iconic Double-Decker Bus | Eater Portland

"A Pearl District coffee shop that will host a special pop-up kitchen led by Rob Connoley, who is taking over the kitchen at the pop-up. Connoley — who was a James Beard Award finalist for his work at his restaurant in St. Louis — said in an email that his “culinary roots are in New Mexican cuisine” and that’s what he’ll be highlighting at the pop-up on February 22 and 23 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; more information is available via the event’s Instagram flyer." - Harry Cheadle
