"Balthazar was born in New York 20 years ago, and it’s pulling out the stops for Thanksgiving, with a traditional feast for lunch or dinner on 28 November in London. Settle into the brasserie seating and start out with a gingerbread fizz before getting stuck into the £55 three-course menu of Thanksgiving classics. Spiced roasted butternut squash soup with corn bread from last year is the same, and precedes the required roast turkey with orange and chestnut stuffing and all the trimmings. Finish things with a pumpkin cheesecake."
