Where to Celebrate Spooky Season Across D.C.

"In commemoration of Día de los Muertos, Vagabond is throwing a weekend-long event featuring exclusive food and cocktail specials, which all ends in a rooftop party from 6 to 9 p.m. on November 3. Festivities begin on Halloween and runs through the weekend. Partake in limited-time snacks that spotlight the Mexican food scene and cocktails highlighting the tastes of tequila and mezcal during the celebratory four days." - Vinciane Ngomsi, Emily Venezky
