"Noz Market serves the same fish as the two-Michelin-starred Sushi Noz — but there are more choices and it can be faster and less expensive. Chef Nozomu Abe and partners Joshua Foulquier and David Foulquierm have set up a hand roll bar for walk-ins as well as a more dressed-up option for a la carte sushi and an omakase. Diners have choices among excellent temaki sets and sushi a la carte, while omakases run from under $100 to around $150. Don’t miss: The sake and tea options are impressive." - Emma Orlow
