"I'm taking Phil’s Italian Steakhouse at Treasure Island off the temporarily closed list — it reopens on April 22 with highlights such as a 24-ounce bone-in rib-eye chop, chicken marsala, and pan-fried branzino. Other classic favorites include whole lobster, crab legs, crab cakes, a shrimp cocktail, and oysters Rockefeller, and the menu also features shrimp scampi, a filet mignon, and New York strip steak. Named for Treasure Island owner Phil Ruffin, the steakhouse offers an eclectic menu of prime cuts, mouth-watering seafood, and Tuscan wood-fired specialties with daily dinner specials; try a warm skillet chocolate chip cookie with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. The steakhouse plans to operate Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 10 p.m., with the bar opening at 4 p.m. and the restaurant at 5 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
