"Joining the ever-growing San Diego specialty-coffee market, the Philadelphia-based company opened an 890-square-foot, glassed-in pavilion at Westfield UTC at the entryway to The Pointe, with seating around its perimeter and hours listed as 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Known as one of the pioneers of the third wave of coffee, it serves and retails its signature classic blends as well as single-origin coffees from its Workshop line, including one roasted at its new Los Angeles facility. The quick-service menu includes espresso drinks, a pour-over bar, and a tap system that dispenses its famous Draft Latte, cold brew, and a higher-octane version of the latte — try the Pure Black and Tan, which tops cold brew with a creamy head of draft latte. As at all locations, there is a self-serve station for both still and sparkling water, and the cafe also carries canned Draft Latte, Liquiteria cold-pressed juices, and pastries from local Nutmeg Bakery." - Candice Woo
