The cafe is partnering with Heirloom LA for food provisions and works with a local coffee trader, and it ties into the owners’ bike-centric approach—at Pedaler’s Fork they run a cafe, a separate full bar, a bicycle-themed restaurant and a bike shop—making it a natural meeting spot for cyclists.
