"Junior’s will offer coffee service in the morning, and then the space will transition to the beer side of things mid-day, closing around 10 p.m. Two food trucks will provide snacks and meals throughout the day in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Junior’s will have a full espresso bar with bags of coffee for sale, as well as the list of green bean prices. The pastry case will rely on treats from Shoofly Vegan Bakery." - Levi Rogers
