"Located at 1208 South Congress Avenue, the South Congress shop — billed as Jeni’s Austin flagship and opened on February 25, 2020 — took over the former Turquoise Door space (which closed last fall). Like other Jeni’s locations, it sells scoops and to-go pints in flavors such as salty caramel, brambleberry crisp, frosé sorbet, and dairy-free Texas sheet cake, and it features an Austin-only dairy-free banana cream pudding; there are waffle and cake cones, ice cream flights served with a waffle wedge, and sundaes are no longer available. The shop’s hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
