"It’s been almost a decade since Revel opened in Mid-City as a den for great cocktails created by master mixologist Chris McMillian and his wife, Laura. The restaurant was never supposed to be a burger spot. But during the pandemic, the McMillians ran Revel by themselves with no staff. The menu consisted of exactly one dish, the burger. The menu has recently expanded a smidge (try the Buffalo deviled eggs with gorgonzola), but the burger is still king.
