"Eggman ATX is a new Austin food truck that opened in March, specializing in New York City-styled breakfast sandwiches. It is located at 1311 South First Street in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood. The menu includes several breakfast sandwiches inspired by classic New York delis and food carts, such as egg-and-cheese, sausage-egg-cheese with Eggman sauce, bacon-egg-cheese-sauce, and the Big Mess. Sides include topped home fries, black-and-white cookies from the Bearded Baking Company, and bags of chips. Drinks offered are black coffee, orange juice, soda, and water. Owned by Richard Tavetian, Eggman ATX was inspired by his New York upbringing and a desire to offer better breakfast sandwiches in Austin." - Nadia Chaudhury
