"Opened September 2 at 2901 Magazine Street, this sushi diner from chef Yuwa Tomihira honors Japanese tradition after a decade of training, including time at Origami, an apprenticeship under sushi master Seiji Nakano at Shogun, and work with chef Takeshi Osaki in Vail. Most of the fish is flown in weekly from Japan, while Allan Ng and a team of Japanese cooks handle the cooked side of the menu.
