"Known for its croissants and other pastries, Le Marais is the family bakery behind the new creperie and has been a longtime presence at the Ferry Building farmers’ market; Patrick Ascaso says crepes were a childhood favorite and that he and his wife have wanted a creperie for years. Although the original Marina location closed in fall 2021 amid landlord issues, Le Marais still operates locations in Mission Dolores, Polk Gulch, and Mill Valley, and the team plans to bring additional sweets to the new Grande Creperie." - Becky Duffett
