"Afternoon tea takes place at Dahlia inside the Downtown L.A. Proper hotel from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday. On the $60 menu are sweets (coconut tart, fig almond cookie, yuzu madeleine) and savories (crab sandwich, avocado bruschetta, deviled-egg sandwich) prepared by chefs Suzanne Goin and Irene Widjaya.
