"Toridokoro Raku, a chicken-focused robata grill from Mitsuo Endo, opened earlier this month near the Palms. The venue specializes in chicken yakitori dishes and offers chef’s tasting menus as well as a variety of sakes. The robata grill menu includes items like chicken heart, cartilage, gizzard, liver, neck, tail, breast with skin, and wing, priced between $4 to $5.
