The Best Doughnut Shops in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"What started as a pop-up specializing in butter mochi doughnuts has turned into a tiny shop on Portland’s 28th Avenue restaurant row, with a second in Beaverton. This 100-percent gluten-free and dairy-free shop serves rings of soft, springy doughnuts with a gentle give, in an exciting range of rotating flavors. For example, any given visit may involve doughnuts filled with passionfruit curd, rings glazed with calamansi lemonade icing, or orange-hued Thai tea pastries. Mikiko is also available via delivery." - Rebecca Roland
