"I was sorry to learn that Flora Bar, Ignacio Mattos’s upscale, critically acclaimed seafood restaurant in the Met Breuer’s basement, will not reopen after a four-year run; Mattos announced on Instagram that the new Frick Madison will not include the restaurant and he did not disclose a reason.
