"Inca Social’s second location is bringing an indoor/outdoor pisco bar with swings, along with Peruvian dishes, to the Rosslyn neighborhood. The space features bright decor, a neon logo imprinted in moss, and tables resembling the Amazon River. The 7,600-square feet room includes a sushi/ceviche bar, a marketplace selling local and Peruvian artisan goods, and bottles of Inca Social’s Leche de Tigre. The menu includes empanadas, chicharrón, ceviche, lomo saltado, and aji gallina, with live music and bottomless mimosas on weekends. Opening hours are Sunday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Thursdays 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays 11 a.m. to midnight." - Stephanie Carter
