"At 1776 Wilson Boulevard the second Inca Social brings an indoor/outdoor pisco bar with swings and Peruvian dishes served in a space that oozes chill Miami vibes to Rosslyn. The design takes cues from the original location with bright decor and a neon logo imprinted in moss on the wall, lots of stone, and tables that resemble the Amazon River when pushed together. The yawning 7,600-square-foot room allows for additions like a sushi/ceviche bar and a marketplace selling local and Peruvian artisan goods as well as bottles of Inca Social’s Leche de Tigre to take home as part of a make-your-own ceviche kit. The kitchen will dish empanadas, chicharrón, ceviche, lomo saltado, and aji gallina (with a full menu debuting in mid-January), and pisco varieties range from passion fruit to chicha morada (purple corn–based). A ghost kitchen offering Latin dishes from Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil also joins the mix, and the place is slated to buzz with live music and bottomless mimosas on weekends, with Thursday happy hours pouring $2 margaritas; opening hours are Sunday–Wednesday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Thursday 11 a.m.–11 p.m., and Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–midnight." - Stephanie Carter
