Pho4Real authentic Vietnamese restaurant opening soon - Eater Vegas

"Two Vietnamese-born sisters, separated at age 9 before reuniting 20 years later, have joined forces to create a casual Vietnamese restaurant in the southwest. Planning to launch in early December, Pho4Real will take over the long vacant spot formerly occupied by Viet Bistro at the Grand Canyon Parkway retail center, close to the intersection of Flamingo Road and Grand Canyon Drive. The 1,800 square-foot space currently plans to be open daily from 10.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. While one sister grew up in San Jose, California, the other remained in Vietnam working in kitchens from a young age. The pair intend to incorporate that expert knowledge into the menu. Already previewed, chicken or beef noodle soup, prepared with bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapeno peppers, a collection of noodle dishes including “shaking beef” made with wok stir-fried cubes of beef tenderloin, Vietnamese fried chicken, and spicy lemongrass chicken. Vegetarian options include spring rolls, basil eggplant, spicy lemongrass tofu, and garlic noodles." - Bradley Martin
