"Top Chef alum and Michelin honored Carlos Gaytán opened a trio of dining concepts at Downtown Disney District. Céntrico and Tiendita are more casual, with easy Mexican lunch dishes or takeaway tacos. The two-story Paseo, with its sleek dining room and picturesque circular staircase designed by Jorge Gracia of GraciaStudio, is the jewel of the three.
