"After operating one of the best food trucks in town with Duck & Drake Kitchen, Heberto and Rona Segura have finally gone brick-and-mortar. While the wine list could do with an upgrade, the fare of “elevated global tapas” is everything fans of the food truck hoped it would be. Of note: za’atar-spiced flatbread served with a trio of dips, including black-eyed pea hummus with black garlic oil, eggplant caviar with pickled peppers, and tahini verde with garlic chips. Flash-fried Gulf Coast snapper served over a coconut-tomato curry with plantains is a superb presentation, as is the “duck-duck-goose,” a dish as fetching as the space itself." - Faiyaz Kara
