While the wine list could do with an upgrade, the fare of “elevated global tapas” is everything fans of the food truck hoped it would be. Of note: za’atar-spiced flatbread served with a trio of dips, including black-eyed pea hummus with black garlic oil, eggplant caviar with pickled peppers, and tahini verde with garlic chips.
