"Named after chef-owner Shane Nasby’s grandfather, this funky Elm Hill Pike burger shack and beer garden has quickly made a name for itself by turning out crispy smash patties from a food truck parked in the beer garden and by offering inventive burger toppings; I’ve also noticed their Old Bay-seasoned wings. The new Bellevue location will carry hits from the Elm Hill spot—like the Billy Berry Smash topped with grilled onions, goat cheese, and a strawberry jalapeno jam—along with sandwiches, wings, and loaded fries, and it adds more seating, an expanded liquor and wine selection, and kitschy ’80s and ’90s toys, action figures, and pop-culture collectibles; it will be open for lunch and dinner at 7648 Hwy 70 S." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
