FX Renews ‘The Bear’ for Season 5 — But Why? | Eater Chicago
"A Michelin-starred Chicago restaurant led by former wonder chef Lane Regan, who brought a distinct forager’s perspective to the city. Regan “held a certain affinity for bear,” serving the animal “in a variety of ways to anxious diners who perhaps expected A5 wagyu on their plates instead,” and also staged underground dinners that became part of the venue’s draw.
