Revival Food Hall Adds Lito’s Empanadas to Lineup in the Loop | Eater Chicago

"A casual spot that's been serving Latin American pastries for 11 years in Lincoln Park, Lito’s Empanadas has opened a new location inside Revival Food Hall in the Loop. Owner/chef Ernesto Guzman opened his first Lito’s in 2007 and previously opened a full-service restaurant, Chilango Mexican Street Food, on Taylor Street; earlier this year he also opened a Lito’s inside Chicago’s French Market by taking over the Aviato Eats space. Recent new investors have made these expansions possible, and the changeover from Black Dog Gelato happened last week. Lito’s is now one of 16 vendors at Revival." - Ashok Selvam
