"La Chilaquería, a small Mexican cafe opened by Alfonso Amador and Susana Labrada, offers around two dozen varieties of chilaquiles at 139 W. 28th Street, Manhattan. It has quickly gained popularity among office workers and Mexicans missing home. The cafe serves chilaquiles with an array of meats, salsas, and other toppings. They also offer a torta de chilaquiles and a chilaquiles burrito. The cafe plans to expand its menu to include moles and tlayudas.
