"Co-owners Joseph Plunket and Sara Nelson paired with Atlanta-based brothers Tim and Danny Song to open a new Korean restaurant at 1601A Riverside Drive called Babo. It offers traditional Korean dishes like bibimbap, bulgogi, and kimchi fried rice, and now serves as a late-night option—open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., with the full kitchen menu served until midnight and the bar open until 1 a.m., so diners can get dumplings or scallion pancakes after most Nashville restaurants close. From diving through its Instagram, I get the sense that it’s a laid-back spot with neon signage, soju shots, tiger murals, a stocked bar, hip patrons, and banchan.
