"Stepping into the new Pop’s Bagels in Beverly Hills, I found it captures an old-school deli feel with a slick design that pays homage to Russ & Daughters—rounded counters, illuminated signage, niched tabletops, and retro sconces—and serves hot breakfast sandwiches. Opened November 29 as the chain’s fourth store (joining Brentwood, Culver City, and Fairfax), the menu mirrors the other locations: five kinds of bagels at $2.50 each (gluten-free for $3), a variety of spreads, open-faced bagel sandwiches with Nova lox, tuna salad, egg salad, and tarragon chicken salad, egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwiches, a weekends-only babka French toast, and luxe extras like truffle-infused cream cheese and caviar toppings.
