"After shuttering its food hall after one year of operation last summer, the former Sundry space is being readied to reopen with a new food-hall concept. The planned relaunch will be anchored by a Hawaiian food-hall operator relocating from Waikiki and is slated to take over the 18,000-square-foot dining space with 12 new vendors serving Asian street food. The project lists other restaurants as being “on deck,” including Blue Bottle Coffee and Rare Society, and the food-hall opening follows the recent arrival of a Hawaiian restaurant, a development described as further bolstering Las Vegas’s status as the "Ninth Island." - Janna Karel
