"Kuidaore continues to further the hand roll footprint in the Bay Area, folding hamachi and spicy scallops into crisp sheets of seaweed. Opening in Jack London Square, the restaurant lets diners choose their own adventure with fillings that include unagi or spicy tuna, plus more luxe alternatives such as an uni, toro, and caviar.
