The $250 meal includes the hotel’s Chef Brandon Sloan’s Porchetta-style turkey, Chef Jojo Ruiz of The Loinfish/Serẽa Coastal Cuisine creating spiny lobster and raja “tamales,” and more from the chefs at AVANT at Rancho Bernardo, Trust, Fort Oak and Wayfarer.
