"Pandan is a rooftop cocktail lounge at Viceroy Chicago, offering a revamped menu with Filipino flavors. The space features simple elegance with views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline. Signature cocktails include a Pandan shrub blend and a float with Ron Zacapa rum. The food menu, crafted by executive chef Verlord Laguatan, includes Filipino classics like pork lumpia and innovative dishes like lobster dumplings with coconut curry. The venue focuses on a farm-to-table approach, sourcing produce from local farms and growing ingredients on the rooftop garden." - Samantha Nelson

Lovely addition to the Gold Coast area! My boyfriend and I enjoyed a spectacular dinner outside on a calm but ambient Wednesday evening. Amazing views from the 18th floor of the Viceroy Hotel paired with Southeast Asian inspired small plates and unique cocktails. The interior of the lounge is very much tailored to a mid century modern style with leather couches, pops of emerald green, as well as brass hardware and touches of marble. We absolutely loved our time here, and indulged in so many delicious dishes. Can’t wait to come back again!

Pandan's Chicago Lounge is a new and exciting addition to the Gold Coast, offering a chic, modern venue with good vibes, plush seating, ambient lighting, and stylish decor. It features nice drinks, including craft cocktails and fine wines, alongside great gourmet small bites, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

Brandon was amazing! Drinks were great but food was even better!!!!! Can’t miss spot - super vibey and seriously great food. The corn fritters are everything!!!

Tiktok was wrong!!! Im not surprised. The food is average and not bold. Its small bites so the chefs choices should have bold flavors. The drinks were terrible all of them! The best dish was the bbq rack of lamb. Everything else was disappointing and I will not return. The lobster ravioli presentation was well but lacking in a bold flavor, corn fritters way too greasy and not flavorful, bao buns needed the bbq sauce from the lamb we did not finish those. The french fries were good but mayonnaise was not great it was supposed to be a garlic aioli. Omg the drinks tumeric was bad, yuzu sprits terrible, and one other terrible. How ever I let the waiter know and the bartender made me a drink off menu that was absolutely delicious! Blackberry bramble, the African American bartender is good 👍🏾. The scenery is beautiful inside and out but I would not recommend ordering anything from the menu except the lamb.

Beautiful place, delicious food & service was very attentive! Celebrated my birthday here and would love to come back! Lobster dumplings and corn tempura were our group’s faves!

Fantastic staff encounters. Everyone was extremely friendly and inviting. Having Quinn as our server was an absolute pleasure! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations for both drinks and food. As someone who is hard of hearing, noise levels (loud conversation, music, etc) can be difficult for me when out at restaurants. However, Pandan’s atmosphere was perfect. I truly appreciate how patient Quinn was with me, whether it be the many questions I had regarding the menu or about him speaking up so I could hear. Would definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family.

Selling Fake tuna. The drinks were good though. They gave me albacore instead of tuna on my crispy rice. They advertise it as tuna.

Nestled atop the 18th floor of the Viceroy Chicago is this trendy cocktail bar. Think killer date night venue (in the Viagra Triangle). It's a bustling joint day or night (at least the couple of times I've attempted to come here), but it goes from sun-soaked to chic lounge. We were just there for a couple of afternoon cocktails, so I can't say anything about the food, but our cocktails were generally complex and lovely. The Red Panda is a savory cocktail with a touch of sweet (MY kind of cocktail), while the Yuzu Spritz is a liter citrusy gin cocktail that's insta-worthy. We also had another cocktail that slips my mind... I guess it wasn't as memorable? The service was friendly and fast and I'd come back here for a nightcap! If you don't want a bunch of octogenarians hovering over you while you're out with your friends, skip the Tavern or Bellevue and COME HERE.

Yelp
I absolutely love the ambiance and the theme of this place - from the decoration, to the custom coasters, to the menu, and fun and unique cocktails. Also love that it's a rooftop bar, you have to go through the viceroy hotel entrance and take the elevator up to Pandan. However I will say the taste of the actual drinks was such a disappointment. I had high hopes for this place because I love unique cocktail flavors but something about these did not work, I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of any of these 3 drinks sadly.

Yelp
I came with a friend and we ordered a parched puffer cocktail, pandan cocktail, lumpia, spicy tuna crispy rice, and the crispy pork belly steamed rolls. Their menu is on the pricier side and it's only for little bites. I ordered food during my first time and it was good. Although I most likely won't order food again in the future because of the small portion sizes. We were seated indoors - will have to try to get seated outside on a nice day next time.

Yelp
My friend and I stopped by here for drinks and to try some of their apps. Our drinks were good and the food was just ok. The bao buns were a bit dry and could've used a sauce or aioli to make it taste much yummier. It's a cute spot to grab a drink then continue the night elsewhere IMO! the puffer fish cup is super cute

Yelp
We visited Pandan in Chicago back in October after my cousin saw it on Instagram and suggested it for a rooftop experience. Located on the 18th floor of a hotel, the view and vibe were fantastic for a night out. (Forgot the name of hotel) Our group of five had a great time! The food and drinks were excellent, with a Filipino-infused twist that made everything feel unique. The crispy pork belly steam buns were a standout--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and absolutely worth ordering. I also tried the Pandan cocktail, which was a delicious blend of flavors that really hit the spot. Service was good and fast, which we appreciated. Overall experience was great, I'd come back if I ever visit Chicago.

Yelp
Cute rooftop bar in the middle of the Gold Coast/Viagra Triangle (lol). They sat the two of us outside in a lounge-type booth under the heater in early November which wasn't bad since we were already dressed warm. There were other seats with fire heaters though which was nice. There's a rooftop pool too which is perfect for the summer. We got several cocktails and a few of the food offerings they have. We really liked the lobster dumplings. The beef tataki was delicious as well. Our cocktails were all generally good. We liked them! Our server Brianna was nice however I wouldn't say necessarily the most talkative or went out of her way to make/continue conversation. I'd come back based off of our experience for sure.

Soniya P.

Yelp
Indeed what a wonderful experience! Pandan has an amazing lounge and beautiful rooftop views. I had bites and drinks - Red Panda: delicious cocktail that was the perfect blend of frothy, light, and packed with flavors - Corn tempura: addicting! Had to order two, these were crispy and flavorful topped with mayo and some cheese I would say the service was great here, attentive but not pushy. Overall, I would love to return back especially when it's dark

Yelp
This was my second visit to Pandan, swung by for quick drinks with a friend and the experience was great! On my last visit, since it was a rainy day, I did not get a chance to try their rooftop, however, I was able to get a table at the rooftop during this visit. They have an extensive cocktails and spirits menu, limited food menu though. Upon my recent visit I tried Crystal Jungle which includes Mezcal and had a very tropical twist to it. My friend ordered a scotch on the rocks and enjoyed his drink. Pandan easily has become my go-to spot to enjoy good drinks on a breezy evening/ night!

Ernie H.

Yelp
Intimate setting in a roof top bar where the drinks are primary and the food secondary. Fire lamps and fire pits for the fall weather is there to warm your body and the cocktails to warm your soul. Speaking of cocktails, we had the pandan and the ube cocktails. You cannot taste, either the pandan or the ube. But I can tell you it's very strong. We had complementary champagne for our anniversary - very nice thank You! We had the pork belly buns, Thai fried chicken and lobster dumplings, and they rank in that order in terms of deliciousness. You can actually skip the lobster. Really folks you're here for the rooftop and the Gold Coast skyline with a sliver of the lake, as the day turns in to night and you see that city glow.

Yelp
I was here for a Yelp Event the night before (see review for and ended up right back here due to my wallet dropping out of my purse that night. I didn't realize that it was missing until I picked up my purse and the weight was off. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I decided to just make a reservation and drive there after work. I figured either way, if the wallet was there or not, I was going to need a drink after driving through rush hour traffic. Pandan is located in the Viceroy Hotel. Entrance to Pandan requires you to take the elevator to the 18th floor. Once you arrive there, you step out into a small foyer area with the host/hostess stand. Once you check in, you walk through a curtained entrance into a very cute and chique bar area. Much to my surprise, the server who waited on me and The Queen told me he immediately saw the wallet and was going to return it, but we had already gotten on the elevator. The manager and Quinn were so helpful in returning it to me and I want to give a shout out as that is what I call customer service! To unwind after that drive and to celebrate getting my wallet back intact, I decided to stay for drinks and eat. This visit I was seated inside near a window, in a cute two seater. For drinks, I we started out with the Crystal Jungle (mezcal unión, mango, coconut, lime leaf, lime) and a bottle of the Prosecco, Santomé, Extra Dry, DOC, Treviso. The Queen got the Crystal Jungle the night before, so I wanted to get my own. I am not much of a cocktail person, but this is one I can get behind because it is sooooo good! The glass was covered on one side with Tajin, which I love. My only complaint about this drink is the artisan ice cube is taking up drink space and the drink needs to be in a bigger glass...HAHAHAHAHA! The prosecco was different for me, a little sweeter than I am used to, but good nonetheless. For eats, I got the Lobster Dumplings (coconut curry, crispy shallots, cilantro oil), Thai Fried Chicken (lemongrass, fried peanuts, cilantro) and Crispy Pork Belly Steamed Buns (lechon, pickled carrots, caramelized soy). The lobster dumplings were in this crazy good coconut curry sauce that was very light, but flavorful at the same time. An order came with 3 dumplings at $18, but each dumpling had a really good amount of lobster meat. The buns were very nice as I have not had crispy pork belly on a bun before. The Thai fried chicken was three pieces of chicken thigh meat, and I was in love as I am a big fan of dark meat. The chicken was very crispy and came out piping hot! I would definitely get this again. My server was again Quinn, and he was still delightful and stayed on top of me to make sure I was being taken care of. The music in the background was again perfect for the experience and I was just having a good time relaxing and chilling. Pricewise, Pandan falls around the same as a lot of places downtown. While $18 seems like a lot for a drink or appetizer, I would say that the ambience and the view are enough to get me to come back here for a light meal and drinks. I also like the fact that I can make a reservation through OpenTable to make sure I have a place to seat and I get points. The Queen and I are definitely going to add this to our list of places to go to hang out for girls night out.

Nandeeta P.

Yelp
The drinks are really interesting and tasty. Pink puffer is very sweet but refreshing. Yuzu spritz is also very tasty. The nori fries are a nice basic app, can't go wrong with fries. Sweet corn tempura is very tasty and great with the aioli. The vibes are amazing outside in the rooftop especially during sunset.

Ashley H.

Yelp
What a great addition to Gold Coast! Located on the top floor of the Viceroy with dazzling views of the skyline, Pandan offers a twist on the standard, swanky cocktail bar with innovative drinks and Filipino-inspired bites. I visited recently around 5:30 on a Friday and it was already packed, so you may want to book a reservation. The atmosphere was chatty with a surprisingly laid-back feel- just the type of place you'd want to go if you're caught between winding down or going out on the town. Everything on the menu looked amazing and many drinks came in pretty wild glasses. I opted for the Pandan Lite to drink- it was super refreshing and really nice to see a strong non-alcoholic section. I ordered the lobster dumplings and they were outstanding- the filling was generous with large chunks of meat and the sweet, spicy coconut cilantro sauce was so addictive that I could have drunk it. My only qualm is that prices are pretty high for the portions. Overall, a gorgeous space with friendly staff and tasty food/drinks. I will absolutely be back!

Yelp
We came right at opening and got a njce table on the rooftop bar right next to the fabulous view of the city. It was a lovely time spending the afternoon here getting some drinks. Pandan is a rooftop bar on top of the Viceroy Hotel in the Gold Coast. The staff are friendly and the vibes are great. I highly recommend reservations as the place was hopping when we left the bar to go to dinner. The appetizers are small plates. The drinks and apps are definitely city prices! Drinks: Parched Puffer: cute fishy glasses with a well balanced summery drink. I could dangerously drink many of these... Pandan: soft subtle taste of pandan in a drinkle form Bites: Lobster Dumplings: tasty, but not freshly lobster. Too little number of dumplings. Crispy Pork Belly Steamed Buns: the lechon was crispy and ate well in contrast to the soft supple bun. Nori Fries: fries with seaweed flakes & mayo. Come for drinks but make sure you have dinner plans afterwards! Otherwise you might go hungry.

Yelp
My friend and I came here right after it opened for happy hour and had a fantastic time. We were seated outside by the pool and even though it was a cloudy, rainy day, the ambiance was still warm. They have really put a lot of thought and care into their food and drinks designs, which is so appreciated. We ordered the Nori Fries, Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice, and the Lobster Dumplings. All of them were tasty, and the portion sizes were small enough to finish. For drinks we got the Parched Puffer and Yuzu Spritz, both were so aesthetically pleasing and fun to drink and photograph. I look forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.

Deanna S.

Yelp
Great new restaurant in Devereaux rooftop space. It was slightly hard to find if you didn't know where it is as the sign is small and only on the valet host desk outside. It's through the Viceroy Hotel. Upon entering the host was very nice and able to accommodate an extra person on reservation which was much appreciated! Short elevator ride up to this beautiful spot. Able to come before sunset and see night transition. All drinks are $18 which is on the higher end for size but for the ambiance it is worth it. I tried the Sake Tini which was a lovely mix of ketel one vodka and Saki. Great combo and refreshing! Also tried the Origins which is a delicious espresso martini. For food we tried the lobster dumplings which were quite good but really the magic is in the delicious creamy curry sauce it is served on. I could have easily drank that by itself! So good! Lobster was fresh too! Also tried the crispy pork belly steam buns which were slightly crispier than I expected and tasted little over cooked. Still good though and I would try them again. Lastly can't go wrong with the Nori fries! Was light nori on top and served with calamansi aioli which was fabulous! Server was nice! There are only few tables outside for this restaurant and she was covering all of them. Probably wouldn't recommend if in a hurry but I spent couple hours enjoying experience and never felt rushed. Would recommend reservation if wanting to get in to this location though. Will return!

Yelp
I realized I had been to this location before, but the bar had a different name at the time. I really liked the upgraded aesthetics here as the transformed Pandan! Overall, the staff were very attentive and prompt in service, my server Beatriz was super nice and personable. I dined solo which was a nice change of pace and kept it light ordering 2 drinks and an appetizer. For cocktails; I ordered the Red Panda and Palisade. The palisade was close to an old fashioned for me and good, though the cardamom gives a different twist. The Red Panda was good as well, but the turmeric was a little overpowering. The pork bun was flavored really well, however if you don't like vinegar- you may not enjoy it. The pickled carrots carried a strong vinegar taste - I really liked it but I don't know if others will enjoy that sharp taste. Overall I really liked the vibe of this bar and they carried an excellent music playlist. The rooftop views were definitely a plus! My only true complaint l was that it was freezing inside! I know the weather was a bit humid but I was so cold and watching other customers rubbing themselves to keep warm. Otherwise, an amazing time and will be back again

Katie L.

Yelp
Solid service - the hostess and servers were SO friendly and really accommodating. At first we didn't have a window seat, and when one freed up, the hostess went out of her way to sit us near the window. There are 3 pairs of indoor window seats, and outside there are more. You can make a reservation on open table or sit by the bar. All cocktails are $18 and there's a clean selection of appetizers - all shareable. Drinks (bonus there's descriptions of each drink, so if you aren't familiar with liquors, it helps steer!) -parched puffer does come in a heavy puffer fish glass - it's pretty entertaining and it's an easy drink (light and refreshing) -yuzu spritz initially is presented with 3 pea flower ice cubes, then the "spritz" is poured via a fun monkey concoction -red panda was really good - the egg white makes it a fun texture Food: -lobster dumplings were delicious, but only comes with 3, it's a pretty expensive for what you get (though the curry it comes with is good) -nori fries are meh, they need to be in the oven longer - a lot of our fries were soggy Would definitely come back for drinks and a quick bite to eat, but know it's on the pricier side!

Paula B.

Yelp
Made reservations in advanced and so glad we did, we had a gorgeous table outside and were able to take in all the sights! The puffer fish was cute and very fun. Also ordered the yuzu spritz but i wasn't a fan. Didn't order food but it does look very good.

Natosha M.

Yelp
Wow wow wow! Located in the Viceroy Hotel is this gel that is located on the 18th floor. The ambience is breathtaking. Its cozy and intimate. A great place for date night or a night out with the girls. They also have an outdoor rooftop with a pool. The have tasty cocktail and the folks is good as well. We had the best waiter. He was down to earth and offered great suggestions for things on the menu. I can not wait to go back!

Jenny B.

Yelp
Cute new spot on the roof of the Viceroy hotel! Nice ambiance with outdoor rooftop by the pool. The drinks are super cute and creative! We got the parched puffer which came in a fish glass! The food menu is more so a selection of apps rather than entrees but they are good! The menu has an asian fusion vibe. We ordered the sweet corn fritters, lobster dumplings, spicy tuna crispy rice, pork belly baos. My favorite ones were the corn fritters and the spicy tuna crispy rice. Would recommend as a cute summer date spot!

Cheyenne G.

Yelp
Pandan blew me away! The atmosphere is elevated and sophisticated and a great place to come for a solo date, date night, or a night with your girlfriends. I treated myself to the lobster dumplings which were phenomenal! There was a generous amount of juicy, fresh lobster in each bite. And the curry had deep and rich flavors. The cocktails-- fantastic! If you're a cocktail snob like myself and enjoy mezcal, I highly recommend you try those concoctions. My bartender was incredibly knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. And the entire staff was friendly and inviting!

Kacie N.

Yelp
Overall an enjoyable experience! It's located on the 18th floor in a nice hotel (I forgot the name lol). We had a reservation at 10 pm and were promptly sat and our hostess was super nice. It seemed like it was pretty busy so I'd recommend making a reservation before arriving. Ambiance: what a pretty view! It wasn't anything crazy stunning but still nice and I felt the patio was well lit - loved the little lamp Service: our server was attentive and accommodated my extra sweet cocktail - they made sure to consistently check in on us - I will say our appetizer took almost an hour to come out but that's def not our servers fault Wish I got their name, they were very sweet! Food/Drinks: Not Your Average Cola ($18) - the pandan foam on top was so yummy! As the name suggests, it tastes like (watered down) Coca Cola with an alcohol after taste. Not a strong drink and vaguely sweet Yuzu Spritz ($18) - this drink came poured at the table into some blue matcha ice cubes, I asked for mine extra sweet. This drink was strong but still sweet and citrusy Lobster Dumplings ($18) - unfortunately I can't say I enjoyed this. It came with 3 massive dumplings sitting in a coconut curry sauce. The dumplings themselves were well cooked, juicy, and meaty. You could taste the lobster but they didn't have too much flavor on their own. I didn't like the curry sauce as the taste was just all coconut. I'd say a 2.5/5 for me, but it may just be personal taste. My bf thought it was alright but he didn't love it either. Overall, I'd come back for a date night or a special occasion with some friends! Drinks were good, I'd wanna try maybe a different appetizer, and the ambiance was great.

Yosef M.

Yelp
I had an amazing time coming here with my gf! This rooftop bar is both cozy, intimate and has a great view of the city. The cocktail menu has some pretty tasty options. I personally got the crystal jungle and it complimented my meal very well. For our appetizers we got the tuna over crispy rice, and the french fries w/ calamansi aioli. Both dishes get a 10/10 especially the tuna over crispy rice. I can't wait to come here again and see what else they have to offer.

Ryan B.

Yelp
A beautifully redone rooftop! The decor is so well done with spacious seating even though the space isn't large. The outside seating around the pool overlooking the city is vibes. The service was on point even though it was full. The drinks were nice and balanced if maybe a little on the sweet side for our preference. And the food was delicious. It was hard to pick from the menu since it all sounded good. The steam buns for sure stole the show though. This is a great spot for a small group or date night I'd be getting reservations as well.

Magna R.

Yelp
Beautiful space, great service and and amazing view of the Chicago skyline over a pool on their deck. Drinks were refreshing and creative with an affordable but unique wine list to pair. Food was surprisingly fast for a high class place, NORI fries are a must get!

Ali M.

Yelp
Obsessed. Came for happy hour however realized they didn't have a happy hour but all was well because the food and drink were amazing. So much flavor. The space is a little small but the views outside are phenomenal. Service was great and honestly everything we ordered was better than the next!

Megan S.

Yelp
I got the chance to visit Pandan and enjoyed my time here. Our server was very friendly and checked in on us often which we appreciated. The host was also very welcoming! We got seated in the corner of the outdoor Terrance which had a great view of the city. The tuna on crispy rice was definitely a favorite and came out piping hot and crispy. We also ordered the nori fries which were good accompanied by the sauce, but would have liked the fries to be a little more crispy on the outside. The Crystal Jungle drink was very refreshing and the tajin on the side added a nice flavorful touch. I also ordered a beer which came out nice and cool in a very tall glass. Overall this is a nice place to grab a drink and hangout. The prices were a little on the higher side but definitely was no surprise due to the location. Definitely a gem we'll be back to in the future!

K C.

Yelp
Great vibes! Went at dusk and sat outside. Views were great and service was nice. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I enjoyed the ambiance but it was a tad dark (hard to read the menu see your plate) but the decor and views were wonderful. Not great veg options so I was kinda stuck with ordering Nori fries; that being said they were good. First drink was the Origins, a lovely (and strong) espresso martini Second was not on the menu but was told they have a full bar so I ordered a lemon drop martini that was TO DIE FOR! So, while I prob wouldn't order food again, I'd go back for the drinks and atmosphere for sure.

Pooja P.

Yelp
Prior to this iteration, we came to this location when it was Deveraux many times. Like then, I love that even when you drop by on a weekend evening it's pretty easy to grab a drink here, it's usually our go to spot for a nightcap when we're downtown. We love the new vibe and menu. Pandan feels cozy and approachable. The menu is creative, and the drinks were delicious. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Keya A.

Yelp
I was excited to check this place out after seeing a few pictures from their opening, but I was quite disappointed in the price of the drinks for what we got. My friend and I both ordered the Crystal Jungle, and they came out almost laughably small for $50 after tip. While the drinks were fantastic, I'm not sure they're worth the price for such a small pour, especially when most of the volume is taken up by a giant ice cube. That said, the bar itself is adorable and located in a great part of the city. The service was also incredible. It's worth checking out if you're in the area--maybe just order a different drink.

Natalia G.

Yelp
Checked in to the Viceroy hotel and after a busy day walking around we decided to grab dinner at this place. AMAZING views + delicious food and cocktails. It doesn't get better than that. The flight school is the drink to decompress and experience the city view with a feeling of being by the beach lol I had the traditional Manhattan, and it didn't disappoint. Recommend the sweet corn tempura, it blew my taste bud! The egg rolls are so classy! Carefully fried and crispy, as an October day in Chicago! This is the perfect place for a date, bring your main squeeze, again, this is the place.

Hannah L.

Yelp
Okay this place really impressed me! It's definitely expensive (which comes with the territory - it's Chicago and it's in a nice hotel) but everything we got was delicious. Highlights were Crystal Jungle (mezcal drink) and the food - lobster dumplings and pork bao buns. Was it disappointing to get 3 dumplings for nearly $20? Yep. But were they some of the best dumplings I've had in a min? Also yep. Service was great and quick, and the vibe is so fun here. It's really pretty and you should def check it out!

Priyanka P.

Yelp
So beautiful! We came right when they opened and had a beautiful seat overlooking the city. I ordered the Yuzu spritz and Parched Puffer and they were both was refreshing. The nori fries were crispy and delicious, I loved the aioli that came with it. Pandan is cozy yet intimate, I really loved the space they transformed for this restaurant. They also have some non-alcoholic cocktails as well!

Lauren M.

Yelp
Went here on a Wednesday night for the first time since the remodel and they did a great job. The vibe fits the roof top more and love that there are food options. Got the nori fries - they were solid but not AMAZING Got the lumpia also and they were so tasty. I ordered a cocktail (forgot which one) but it was the vodka one first listed on the menu and it came in the most obnoxious large fish glass. I had to use both hands to hold it. I got a second one because it was so tasty, but I literally asked for it to be put in a normal glass because it was over the top. Was somewhat surprised they chose that glass in the mix because it didn't match the ambiance. Overall, great experience. Will definitely be back!

Sara G.

Yelp
This place is not queer friendly and I'm pretty sure classist. My friend and I who are visibly queer didn't have a reservation and were put on a 45 minute waitlist, while the visibly heterosexual couple in front of us also didn't have a reservation but were still let in. My friend and I were also wearing more casual clothes (not inappropriate though) which I'm pretty sure contributed to this. I highly don't recommend queer people visit this establishment as you will be discriminated against.

Jakob H.

Yelp
A hidden gem! Drinks were great, very cool ambiance, and the views were amazing. I got the palisade which was very good.

Kendall C.

Yelp
Cute rooftop with fun drinks. The outside was closed due to rain so it was a little loud. Definitely recommend making a reservation before going

Ashley J.

Yelp
So gorgeous inside and the drinks were super beautiful and yummy too. Our server was so sweet and would love to come back.

Malea W.

Yelp
Quinn was our server and he was the absolute best. He was the most informative about every drink, any question we had, he had the best response/recommendations. This was our first time at Pandan and I'd come back again just for Quinn. Our group all used to be in the restaurant industry and he definitely impressed us. Best experience thanks to him!

Frantz E.

Yelp
Great spot. Beautiful view. Intimate. Tasteful music. Entry is underwhelming, but staff and ambiance were fantastic.

Robert T.

Yelp
Staff were incredibly rude, especially the long blonde haired waiter. It's Gold Coast, not the south of France. Drop the attitude. Drinks were reasonably priced, food was mid. I wouldn't come back here if I'm paying. Should have taken my tip back from the waiter after he was so disrespectful and insulting. The view is good but the vibes are your run of the mill CB2 decor. The previous restaurant was better. Don't be fooled by other reviews and lower your expectations. Terrace 16, LondonHouse, IO Rooftop, hell even Cite and the Wit are better than Pandan. Views with none of the sass. Very disappointed as I loved Devereaux. Somerset is fine tho.
