"In South Beach, I found that Marschke has opened Underdogs Cantina at 128 King Street, just across from Oracle Park, turning the former Peet’s Tavern into a more expansive, community-focused outpost: the long bar remains, the front area has been opened up, and an upstairs mezzanine houses an arcade with Skee-Ball and a NASCAR pinball machine. He wants the spot to host musicians, DJs, entertainers, themed music nights, block parties and bar crawls (he’s even looking for a trivia host), and the menu highlights a signature queso fundido (with an optional wagyu beef add-on) with new wings and burrito-bowl options and a breakfast menu planned for football season; the cantina is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight." - Paolo Bicchieri
