Oh K-Dog NYC

Korean restaurant · Lower East Side

@eater

"This small outpost in the Lower East Side offers two of the most popular Asian snacks: thick egg toast and Korean corn dogs. But, its main focus is Korean corn dogs, offering 10 different options, including a classic hot dog, fancier beef hot dog, mozzarella, and even rice cakes for vegetarians. Customers can also choose whether they want their corn dogs to be studded with chunks of sweet potatoes or potatoes outside, creating an extra crunch. The squid ink option has both mozzarella cheese and sausage, which curls up at the end of the batter, resembling the tentacles on a squid. There are also six different kinds of sauces (garlic sauce, ketchup, sweet chili, and more) and five seasonings (including honey butter, parmesan cheese, and coconut), so customers can come up with endless combinations of their preferred Korean corn dog." - James Park
