"I know the family behind Su Xing House, a long-running vegetarian Chinese restaurant on Sansom Street in Center City: Nancy Lin and Yi Wu emigrated from Fujian 20 years ago, started with Chinese takeout, and opened Su Xing House twelve years ago because Lin wanted a vegetarian restaurant; Yi studied vegetarian Chinese cooking by reading cookbooks and experimenting.
