"As previously announced, Mount Pleasant’s Ellē (Eater D.C.’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year) will open an all-day cafe in the food hall. The morning will mean a menu of pastries, baked goods, and coffee, followed by sandwiches, dessert, and a full bar later on in the day.
