"The neon-lit piggy is once again waving from the side of Market Bar-B-Que, a 73-year-old Eat Street restaurant that has relocated to the other side of downtown Minneapolis and is now open at 220 Northeast Lowry after its previous building—home for 33 years—was demolished for a new apartment building. Several historic pieces of the dining room and the original pit where all the meats are smoked were carefully dismantled and painstakingly rebuilt in the newly constructed building. Market Bar-B-Que serves lunch and stays open late, until 1 am on weekdays and 2 am on Friday and Saturday nights." - Joy Summers
