"It’s a bit of a drive from I-95 (13 miles), but it’s worth the short detour to visit Sweatman’s Barbeque. The visit is all about whole hog barbecue cooked over oak, hickory, and pecan trees. Sweatman’s serves its pork with a “secret” mustard sauce. All plates come with skins, until the restaurant runs out. Also opt for hash and rice as a side." - Matt Lardie
