Served in the stylish, subterranean speakeasy that is Pépé le Moko, the vivid green cocktail is presented in a tall soda-fountain glass, and is a sweet, boozy, creamy concoction of crème de menthe, crème de cacao, vanilla ice cream, Fernet Branca, and sea salt.
