Much-Delayed NYC Export Circo Will Open In Uptown This Month [Updated] | Eater Dallas

"After more than two years of delays this Uptown, Dallas outpost from the Maccioni family's famed Italian restaurant group is scheduled to open in September, with reservations available via Tock starting Sept. 20. Housed in a dramatic two-story space, the venue features a glass-bottomed pool, an adjacent spa and theatrical flourishes reportedly including bartenders working in the bathrooms. Chef Alfio Longo is preparing a decadent Italian menu that ranges from lobster salad and rich pasta plates to six different types of tartare prepared tableside, plus the brand’s signature crème brûlée associated with Le Cirque. The operation will also function as a private club, granting members access to a companion “beach” area with two pools, spa services and cabanas and a members-only lounge above the dining room with Uptown views; those amenities are expected to come online shortly after the dining room opens. Initial hours will be Monday–Saturday 5–8 p.m., expanding to later service after Oct. 1.
