"Andy Husbands may be known for his barbecue — brisket is a must at the Smoke Shop — but don’t overlook the wings, which are cooked with agave and pit spices. They’re some of the best in town. There’s also a hot version available, made with fermented habanero and brown butter, but nothing beats the sticky-sweet glaze on the agave version.
