Amaterra Winery Will Open in Portland’s West Hills Next Year | Eater Portland

"Perched on Miller Road near West Haven-Sylvan with city views, this new vineyard-winery-restaurant from Willamette Valley winemaker Matt Vuylsteke and Touchmark founder Werner Nistler will specialize in pinot noir and chardonnay across 12 acres of vineyard and feature a gravity-flow winemaking facility. The adjoining restaurant will also serve as the winery's tasting room, and the property will host outdoor concerts and weddings on its lawn. Construction of the winery, restaurant, and indoor and outdoor event spaces is already underway, the restaurant's chef has not yet been announced, and the project is expected to open in spring 2021 near the intersection of Miller and Barnes Road (exact address TBD)." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
