"I found the new South Market District outpost to be the chain's third location and a continuation of its fast-casual, build-your-own poke format—mixed greens, rice, chopped raw fish, marinades, and toppings—but unlike the other locations it includes a full tiki-style bar. The cocktails lean health-forward (and also include traditional options), with offerings like sparkling sake and kombucha-mixed drinks made with natural fresh juices, natural flavoring and colors, and many drinks with no added sugar; it also has a mochi bar (ice cream wrapped in pounded sticky rice).
