"I’m excited for Beverly Hills bagel lovers because Alfred Coffee’s Beverly Hills location is now serving revived recipes and the design aesthetic of the bygone St. Urbain Street Bagels thanks to owner Josh Zad; the two-decade-old bagel maker had closed in 2016, but Zad worked with the appropriate parties to bring them back exclusively for this location. The bagels are available daily until they run out, and as of a few days ago Zad has been using lox from Wexler’s Deli to make full-on AM bagel sandwiches." - Farley Elliott
